lucky day

Looked for four leaf clovers today. Stopped looking at ten.

I feel a little bit triumphant, and a little bit like I may have just wasted a whole lot of luck on clovers, rather than something more substantial, such as, perhaps, I don't know, the lottery? Vegas? Finding a unicorn?

(P.S. Despite a few of them looking a little wonky in the picture, they are all bonafide four-leafers. I promise.)

Front and back of the most polite sign in the world. Also, quite possibly the most emphatic.

she sees all

Pulled over on the way home Sunday to take this picture, and discovered I was being watched. She misses nothing, I can tell.

Her nametag reads, "The Other Woman."

it's a sign

For the last three and a half months, I've been photographing signs. Those kinds of signs, the whatever-you-call-thems, the kind where you can plop it wherever you want to and say whatever you want to say on it. (I'm so articulate.)

Anyway, the plan is to put the whole series up on the website eventually . . . in the meantime, here are a few of my favorites.
